Jo & Jane, mother and daughter
A home shouldn't look bought in an afternoon. It should look gathered over years. A charming gift shop in Lincoln, Champagne & Ginger — a family-run treasure trove tucked just outside the city in Potterhanworth, Lincolnshire. Run by mother-and-daughter duo Jo & Jane, we've built our reputation on one simple idea: "A home shouldn't look bought in an afternoon. It should look gathered over years." Every piece in our shop is hand-curated — a blend of vintage treasures and modern country-style décor that you won't find on the high street. Whether you're hunting for a thoughtful present or something special for your own home, our collection has something for every taste.

Finding us
How to find the shop
Please note this is a working industrial estate with a gravel forecourt and unfortunately no wheelchair access.
We are a bit in the middle of nowhere (we are in some old farm buildings) so please use the full address in SatNav. The address is- Karglen Industrial Estate, Potterhanworth Road, Lincolnshire, LN4 1HY. Please note, this is a different address to order collections.
Directions- If you are coming from the Sleaford Road (B1188) turn off onto Station Road (B1178) towards Potterhanworth. Very quickly you will see a left hand turn sign posted Heighington, take that onto Little Gate Lane (if you go under the railway bridge you have gone too far), the road bends to the left and turns into Potterhanworth Road. We are on that bend on the right hand side. You will see signs for storage and workshops etc- come on in there and park up in the centre forecourt.
Coming from Heighington LN4 leave the village heading towards Potterhanworth on Potterhanworth Road. Follow this for a few miles (pass the turnings for Branston and Bardney), when you get to the double bend the road turns into Little Gate Lane- our little industrial estate is on that bend on the left hand side. Come on in and park up on the central forecourt.

We will deliver your items to the address you specify upon ordering your goods. Please ensure that the address is accurate as we cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
We aim to pack and dispatch your items within 3 working days of receiving your order, subject to stock availability. If your order contains a bespoke item then this may take longer, however, we will be in contact with you to discuss the turnaround time.
Delivery of goods will usually take between 3–5 working days after being dispatched. If you have not received your items within 6 working days please contact us. We will highlight on the website if delivery at certain times of the year will take longer than stated above.
Orders placed after 3pm will be dealt with the following working day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday.

We genuinely hope you are delighted with your Champagne & Ginger purchase, however in the instance you aren't then we may offer a return.
Please return the item within 7 working days of receipt. We will offer you an exchange or refund provided that the goods are returned unused, in a saleable condition, unwashed and repacked in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can't fulfil an exchange or refund if this isn't the case. Please state the reason you wish to return the item and whether you wish to have a refund or exchange.

When returning please ensure the parcel is packaged well to ensure the goods aren't damaged upon return to us, in this instance, we may not be able to offer the exchange or refund. We highly recommend that the returned parcel is sent with proof of postage and with an insured, registered delivery service as we are unable to accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit to us.
All goods received that are faulty or damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please keep the original packaging and send us photographic evidence of the damaged packaging so we can claim from the postal courier.
We have worked hard to photograph and describe our products the best we can using measurements and colour description. However the specifications and product details intend to give a general description and there may be a slight variation in the colour and finish. The variation may be due to lighting, product positioning, photographic angle, the item being of handmade or bespoke nature or a technical error.
