• Order details — your name, delivery and billing address, email address and phone number, so we can process and deliver your order.
• Messages — anything you send us through our contact form, by email or on social media, so we can reply.
• Payment information — payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• Technical information — standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring pages and time of visit, used to keep the site secure and to understand how it is used.

How we use your information

We use your information to fulfil and deliver your orders, provide customer service, handle returns and refunds, keep records required by law (such as tax records), and — where you have asked us to — send you occasional news about the shop. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our legal bases

We process your information because it is necessary to perform a contract with you (your order), because you have given us permission (for example, marketing emails), because it is in our legitimate interests to run and improve a small shop safely, or because we need to comply with the law.

We only share your information with the suppliers who help us run the shop — for example delivery couriers, our payment provider and our website host. They may only use your information to provide that service to us. We never sell your personal information.

Any analytics we use helps us see how the site is used in aggregate. Children

Our website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, please contact us and we will remove them.
